Warranty

This Warranty covers in respect of manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, the cost of material components, replacement parts, labour and transportation charges. Warranty is only covered on surface material, mechanisms and external structures, faults caused by manufacturing defects. 

Warranty periods commence from the delivery date and will not renew with exchange or servicing and vary by product as set out in the table below.

Limitations & Exclusions 

1. Damages caused by using strong detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents. All treatments, cleaners or conditioners shall be tested on an inconspicuous spot on the furniture prior to usage in order to ensure that there are no adverse chemical reactions.
2. Damages sustained from users' own negligence, by unreasonable or incorrect use, improper maintenance methods, normal wear and tear or accidents; including but not limited to burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scruffs, watermarks, indentations, damage by pets.
3. Discounted products sold as display units on as-is basis at time of purchase.
4. Items that are not purchased directly from our website.
5. Individual comfort preferences relating to firmness, design, materials and feel. 

 

    Claim Procedure

    If you notice that your product or its individual components are damaged upon unboxing, please notify us immediately. Any claim will have to be emailed to shop@zestlivings.com attached with photos of defects, and order number.

    Zest Livings decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials, shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at Zest Living’s sole discretion. In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of repairing are to be covered by the Purchaser.
