Warranty
This Warranty covers, with respect of manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, the cost of material components, replacement parts, labour and transportation charges. Warranty is only covered on surface material, mechanisms and internal structures, faults caused by manufacturing defects.
Warranty periods commence from the delivery date and will not renew with exchange or servicing and vary by product as set out in the table below.

Claim Procedure
If you notice that your product or its individual components are damaged upon unboxing, please notify us immediately. Any claim will have to be emailed to shop@zestlivings.com attached with photos of defects, and order number.
Zest Livings' decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials, shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at Zest Livings' sole discretion. In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of repairing are to be covered by the Purchaser.
