1. How Long For The Delivery Process Takes?

Our product is made fresh for your order sasticfaction and can be delivered to you within 7-10 days upon order, unless otherwise specified on each product page.

2. Do You Do Disposal Service Of Our Old Sofas?

Yes we do! We can provide disposal service with a charge of $80-$200, depending on the sizes. $10 per floor if carry by stairs. Please contact our customer service if your ever need this service.

3. How To Check On Delivery Details ?

You will be receiving message from us to confirm on the delivery date & timing once your order is ready.

5. Do I Get To Try/See The Actual Piece Of Product?

We do not have all furniture display in showroom. However, you may contact our customer service to get more reference photos to view.

6. Can I Buy Extra Covers For My Bean Bags?

Yes you can! We only sell additional covers to our existing customers. Simply reach out to us by sending email to shop@zestlivings.com or call/whatsapp at +65 6338 2488 to make arrangement.

7. What Kind Of Beans Are Used In Your Bean Bags ?

We are using quality EPS beans, with dia. 3-5mm each.

8. Do I Have To Refill The Bean Bags On My Own?

Nope you don't have to! We will fill in the EPS beans for you before delivering. All you have to do is just wait for your item to be sent to your house.

1. I Need To Change My Delivery Address. Can I Do This Online?

Yes you can! Please send us an email at shop@zestlivings.com with the order number at least 48 hours before the estimated delivery date. Alternatively, you may call /whatsapp +65 6338 2488 to make arrangment.

2. What If I Discover A Fault With My Furniture After Delivery?

If there is a fault with your item within 14 days of delivery, please contact us via email at shop@zestlivings.com, or call +65 6338 2488.

Return & Refund Policy

What If The Items I Bought Are Too Big Or Too Small, Too Hard Or Too Soft And I Don’t Quite Like Them, Can I Have A Refund?

We only accept refund with 20% charge of restocking fees, as our products are all made fresh upon order and we have dimensions & product informations stated in the product detail page. If you have any questions on any specific product, you can always to reach us via our chatbox.

Cancellation Policy

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order within 24hrs upon order is placed by receiving a full refund of the item(s) you wish to cancel. Refund will be made to the same method of payment as the original payment. At the same time, item cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

Customisation

1. Can I Custom My Furniture Size?

We welcome any customization or changes of size of our standard models upon request in our store as we are the manufacturers. However, each customization or changes will be treated as unique case and there will be a customization fee involved.

2. Since Furniture Are Made Fresh Upon Order But Why There Are Limited Customization Range Allowed?

Our products are made fresh upon order in order to assure our customers will get brand new piece. As the standard products are handled by a dedicated team, hence the cost is lower. For customization, it will be handled by our in-house designers and each case is unique to ensure all requests fulfilled accordingly. For affordability wise, we would highly recommend to reconsider on customization.
