Return and Refund

Return requests can only be made within 15 days you have received the product. We regret that we do not accept any returns after 15 days of delivery.

All exchange/return requests MUST be emailed to shop@zestlivings.com

Our team will contact you to schedule a date for collection. Inspection of the product will be carried out within 3-7 days upon receipt at our warehouse. If the returned item's condition is validated as in GOOD condition, please allow up to 28 days for the refund to be processed. 

Zest Livings reserves the right to reject a return if we deem the condition of the item to be contradicting to our Return Policy. 

Definition of POOR conditions include but is not limited to: 
          o Any stains, spots, marks, scratches, drilling or any modification made 
          o Any tears, cuts, unstitches threading 
          o Products are broken or have any crack lines 
          o Any odours 
          o Any pet hair, smells or scratches

We will not accept return or exchange requests, nor warranty claims relating to stains, marks, halos, spots, soiling, discolouration.  

The computation of the refund amount for a return shall be:
Refund Amount = Purchase Price – Delivery Fee – Restocking Fee (20%)

Non-waivable Re-stocking fees are applicable for all items:
- For items valued less than S$500:    > 20% of purchase amount.
- For items valued more than S$500:  > 35% of purchase amount 

The refund amount does not include utilised vouchers, rebates or promo codes from the platforms you purchased from. 

 

The Return & Refund Policy is strictly NOT applicable to the following:

1. Customised Order
2. Display Unit
3. Products purchased on sale / promotion / clearance
4. Products ineligible for return – Mattresses / Cushions etc
